## What the amendments focus on

The amendments invoke the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, national action plans, supply-chain and human-rights due diligence including conflict minerals, the Charter of Fundamental Rights, mandatory disclosure of non-financial information, OECD National Contact Points, and access to remedy for grievances against EU companies operating abroad.
