## What the amendments focus on

An own-initiative report on regional strategies for industrial areas in the EU. The amendments stress the role of the European Regional Development Fund, the Cohesion Fund and Structural Funds alongside national funding in renewable energy, energy efficiency and the reconversion of old industrial areas, building renovation and green jobs, protection of land, water and biodiversity, sustainable transport, and transposition of the SEVESO III Directive.
