## What the amendments focus on

This own-initiative report addresses the situation of fundamental rights in Hungary. Amendments reference Hungary's Fundamental Law and its amendments, electoral reform and voter registration, judicial independence and judges' retirement age, and media regulation, citing the Constitutional Court, the Court of Justice, the Commission and the Council of Europe.
