## What the amendments focus on

The 2011 discharge for the European Environment Agency (EEA). Amendments alternate between granting and postponing discharge and closure of the accounts, and focus on an OLAF investigation, a payment to an international environmental organisation (Earthwatch) for staff expeditions without a procurement procedure, video-production contracts with the Danish company Ace&Ace awarded outside public procurement, conflict-of-interest policy, recruitment transparency, and the Court of Auditors' findings.
