## What the amendments focus on

Decision on the 2011 discharge for the European Railway Agency. Amendments grant, postpone or close the Agency's accounts and raise low payment execution under Title III, the need to replace half of operational staff in 2013-2015, the additional costs of operating from two locations (Lille and Valenciennes), staffing levels, conflicts of interest when hiring experts from the supervised sector, and the Agency's role in a railway area without frontiers.
