## What the amendments focus on

2011 discharge for the European Banking Authority (EBA). Amendments postpone or revise the discharge and closure of accounts, address matching of budget, posts and tasks, weaknesses noted by the Court of Auditors over legal commitments made in advance of budget commitments, under-implementation of appropriations, office rental expenditure, recruitment transparency, the Authority's independence, and proposals to review its mixed financing arrangement.
