## What the amendments focus on

An own-initiative report on the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing. The amendments address demographic ageing across Member States, the contribution of older people, conditions for people to work longer and more productively, labour-market flexibility, health and safety at work, age-friendly environments, age discrimination, lifelong learning and education, care responsibilities, and welcome the Strategic Implementation Plan and a 'Marketplace' platform.
