## What the amendments focus on

Report on the 2013 general budget, all sections, second version. The amendments rework paragraphs on the Council's position and the Compact for Growth and Jobs, commitment appropriations and the level of payments compared with the Commission's draft budget, cohesion and structural funds, development aid, ITER appropriations, GNI-based contributions, a financial transaction tax as an own resource, and a proposal to reject the draft budget as modified by the Council.
