## What the amendments focus on

The dossier amends the rules on protection against dumped and subsidised imports from countries not members of the European Union (Council Regulations (EC) No 1225/2009 and No 597/2009). Amendments address transparency of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations, measures against retaliation by third countries, the lesser duty rule, distortions from raw-material and energy dual pricing, access for SMEs through an SME/Export Help Desk, and ILO Conventions and Article 107 TFEU.
