## What the amendments focus on

This dossier concerns protective measures against pests of plants. The amendments address Union quarantine pests and priority pests, lists adopted via delegated acts, eradication and surveys by Member States, phytosanitary risks including from distance sales and imports from third countries, plant passports, registration and obligations of professional operators, the situation of small and medium enterprises, and integrated pest management, crop rotation and non-chemical methods.
