## What the amendments focus on

Annual report on the activities of the European Ombudsman in 2012. Amendments concern the definition and scope of maladministration, complaints handling and the Ombudsman's website and interactive guide, transparency, openness and access to documents, inquiries concerning the Commission and other institutions, the Code of Good Administrative Behaviour, the European Network of Ombudsmen, integration of persons with disabilities, and calls for binding rules on EU administrative procedure.
