## What the amendments focus on

The dossier is the annual report on the situation of fundamental rights in the European Union (2012). The amendments invoke the Charter of Fundamental Rights, the Treaties and the Court of Justice, and focus on social and labour rights, free movement of workers, equal treatment, social security coordination, anti-discrimination, the impact of the economic crisis and Troika measures, and the role of social partners and collective bargaining.
