## What the amendments focus on

An own-initiative report on the EU Justice Scoreboard for civil and administrative justice. The amendments stress that the Scoreboard is a non-binding comparative tool that does not rank national justice systems, the use of objective criteria and benchmarks, disposal times and judicial independence, cross-border cases and mediation, and cooperation with the Council of Europe's CEPEJ.
