## What the amendments focus on

An own-initiative report on Pakistan's regional role and political relations with the EU. The amendments reference the GSP+ trade preference scheme and ratified UN/ILO conventions, security and extremism, dialogue with the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, relations with Afghanistan, India and China, US drone strikes, nuclear weapons and possible exports to states such as Saudi Arabia, climate vulnerability and flooding, the Karachi factory fire, and democratic consolidation after the March 2013 elections.
