## What the amendments focus on

A discharge decision on the implementation of the 2012 budget of the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER). The amendments grant, postpone or approve discharge and closure of the accounts, note Court of Auditors follow-up on prior comments, address the prevention and management of conflicts of interest including publication of CVs and declarations of interest, and call on the Agency to communicate the results of its work accessibly.
