## What the amendments focus on

A legislative proposal on exceptional trade measures for Bosnia and Herzegovina within the EU Stabilisation and Association process. The amendments add the possibility to suspend trade measures for serious and systematic violations of human and labour rights, the environment, democracy, good governance or the rule of law, and address adaptation of trade concessions for Croatia's accession and CEFTA, with deadlines tied to the Stabilisation and Association and Interim Agreements.
