## What the amendments focus on

A co-decision procedure on medicinal products for human and veterinary use. The amendments address fees payable to the Agency and its budget and staffing, delegated acts under the Treaty of Lisbon, criteria of quality, safety, efficacy and cost-effectiveness, comparative efficacy and health technology assessment, alternative and in silico testing and animal testing under Directive 2010/63/EU, antimicrobial resistance reporting, conflicts of interest and Member States' competence over pricing.
