## What the amendments focus on

This dossier concerns the EU regulation on veterinary medicinal products. The amendments let Member States impose stricter retail conditions on public, animal and environmental health grounds, ban or restrict the online supply of veterinary medicines (especially antimicrobials), curb economic incentives to prescribers, and tighten rules on antimicrobial resistance, prescription, homeopathic exemptions, safe disposal of residues and national websites listing authorised retailers.
