## What the amendments focus on

Parliament's decision on the 2013 discharge for the EU general budget, the European Commission and its executive agencies. The amendments alternate between granting and postponing discharge to the Commission and executive agency directors, and add remarks on Court of Auditors findings, IPA expenditure, blending and ODA, CSDP mission procurement, EULEX Kosovo corruption allegations, humanitarian aid, and evaluation of preferential and free trade agreements including TTIP.
