## What the amendments focus on

This dossier is the 2013 discharge for the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). The amendments alternate between granting and postponing discharge and closure of the accounts, and address publication of CVs and declarations of interest, conflicts of interest among managers, the Board of Appeal and the Panel of Experts, transparency of outsourcing and recruitment, the unsigned headquarters agreement, staff cuts, and the Agency's role in aviation safety.
