## What the amendments focus on

Report on the 2013 discharge for the European Food Safety Authority. The amendments alternate between granting and postponing discharge and the closure of accounts, and address budget carry-overs and payment rates, the Authority's policy on independence and declarations of interests, conflict-of-interest rules, an Ombudsman ruling, cooling-off periods for employment, and the election procedure of the Management Board.
