## What the amendments focus on

2013 discharge for the European Agency for the Management of Operational Cooperation at the External Borders (Frontex). Amendments grant, postpone or revise the discharge and closure of accounts, citing the Court of Auditors' lack of assurance on the legality and regularity of grant transactions, absence of ex post controls, carry-overs of committed appropriations, recruitment and conflict-of-interest shortcomings, the absence of a headquarters agreement, the Lampedusa tragedy and human-rights allegations.
