## What the amendments focus on

The dossier is the 2013 discharge for the performance, financial management and control of EU agencies. The amendments address the agencies' visibility, accountability and exposure to lobbyists, carryovers and the annuity principle, the Court of Auditors' qualified opinions on EIT and Frontex, headquarter agreements with host Member States, possible mergers of agencies, staff reductions, conflicts of interest, and publication of declarations of interest.
