Beyond deletions and citations, the amendments concern tax fraud and tax avoidance, profit shifting by multinationals towards lower-tax jurisdictions, preferential tax rulings and State aid (referencing 'LuxLeaks'), tax competition in the single market, progressive and fairer tax systems, administrative burdens on SMEs, the role of the European Semester, and EU own resources.
