## What the amendments focus on

The dossier concerns a renewed consensus on enforcement of intellectual property rights through an EU action plan. Amendments welcome the Commission's 'follow the money' approach against commercial-scale infringement, address counterfeit goods sold via online marketplaces, voluntary Memoranda of Understanding, due diligence throughout the supply chain, intermediaries and payment services, RAPEX notifications, the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market, support for SMEs, public procurement, and the Charter of Fundamental Rights.
