## What the amendments focus on

Report on the 2015 general budget, all sections, new proposal. Amendments concern the package agreed in trilogue between Parliament and Council, commitment and payment appropriations and unpaid bills, cohesion and structural funds such as the ESF, ERDF and Cohesion Fund, programmes including Horizon 2020, COSME and Erasmus+, reform of the own-resources system, EU agencies' resources, and contested items such as military spending and Frontex.
