## What the amendments focus on

Own-initiative report on sustainable urban mobility. Amendments add recitals on transport's dependence on oil, CO2 emissions, fine-particulate and noise pollution and associated premature deaths and health costs cited from the European Environment Agency and World Health Organisation, and on public transport, cycling, intermodality, alternative fuels and behaviour change as means to reduce congestion and improve urban quality of life.
