## What the amendments focus on

Own-initiative report on investment for jobs and growth and economic, social and territorial cohesion. Amendments address cohesion policy as a solidarity mechanism toward the Europe 2020 targets, the Commission investment (Juncker) plan and additionality, the payments backlog for ESF, ERDF and CF programmes, financial instruments such as loans and guarantees, the Youth Employment Initiative and Youth Guarantee, macroeconomic conditionality of the ESIF, and revision of the multiannual financial framework.
