## What the amendments focus on

A regulation on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading. The amendments adjust disclosure requirements and investor protection, set monetary thresholds below which no prospectus is required, provide a lighter regime for SMEs and offers limited to domestic or restricted investors, address the prospectus summary, the home Member State and competent authority, and link the measure to the Capital Markets Union.
