## What the amendments focus on

A directive on certain aspects concerning contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services. Amendments rework recitals on the Digital Single Market Strategy and cross-border e-commerce, framing the harmonisation of contract-law rules around a high level of consumer protection, legal certainty for suppliers and consumer confidence, and addressing the Charter of Fundamental Rights, SMEs, rights-holders and online service providers.
