# State of EU-Russia relations

## What the amendments focus on

Own-initiative report on the state of EU-Russia relations. The amendments revise references to resolutions, the UN Charter, the Helsinki Final Act, the Minsk agreements and NATO declarations, and recitals describing the EU's efforts to build a strategic partnership with Russia based on shared values, the conflict in Georgia, and the EU's cooperation initiatives.
