# Amending budget 1/2015: revision of the MFF

## What the amendments focus on

An amending budget revising the multiannual financial framework. The amendments address the transfer of unused 2014 appropriations to later years, contributions from the ERDF to cross-border programmes under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance and the European Neighbourhood Instrument, delays in adopting programmes, the backlog of unpaid bills under the ESF and ERDF, pressure on Member States to absorb allocations, and risk of decommitment.
