## What the amendments focus on

An own-initiative report on transparency, accountability and integrity in the EU institutions. The amendments focus heavily on trust in EU trade policy and transparency of trade negotiations, invoking the principle of sincere cooperation between Parliament, Council and Commission, cooperation between the Committee on International Trade and the Commission's Directorate-General for Trade, the role of the European Ombudsman, the European Court of Justice, civil society and social partners.
