# EEA-Switzerland: obstacles with regard to the full implementation of the internal market

## What the amendments focus on

The dossier concerns EEA-Switzerland obstacles to the full implementation of the internal market. The amendments welcome the EEA countries' and Switzerland's participation in the internal market, urge transposition of internal-market legislation including recognition of professional qualifications, address the popular initiative of 9 February 2014 and free movement of persons, the Protocol extending free movement to Croatia, flanking measures affecting services and SMEs, and participation in Erasmus+ and Horizon 2020.
