## What the amendments focus on

This dossier is an own-initiative report towards a new international climate agreement in Paris. The amendments call on the European External Action Service to prioritise climate diplomacy ahead of the COP21 conference, link climate change to stability, security, water, migration and human rights, and address the gap between developed and developing countries and the action plan for climate diplomacy.
