## What the amendments focus on

Discharge decision on the 2014 implementation of the European Banking Authority (EBA) budget. Amendments postpone the discharge and closure of the accounts, address conflict-of-interest and anti-corruption measures, EBA's role in a common supervisory regime and consumer protection, proportionality for smaller entities, EBA's independence and its mixed financing arrangement relying on national competent authorities, the Court of Auditors report on insufficient start-up resources, and EBA's mandate set by the Union legislator.
