## What the amendments focus on

A decision on the 2014 discharge for the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER). The tabled amendments postpone the decision granting the Director discharge and postpone closure of the 2014 accounts, note pre-financing payments linked to a late amending budget and REMIT-related contracts, and add cross-agency points on transparency, accountability, integrity and codes of conduct in EU institutions and agencies.
