## What the amendments focus on

This own-initiative dossier concerns the EU Trust Fund for Africa and its implications for development and humanitarian aid. The amendments address the EUTF as a development tool pooling donor resources for a rapid response to emergencies, its funding mainly from the 11th EDF and instruments such as the DCI and ENI, low Member State contributions and the 0.7% GNI/ODA target, and links to migration; some reject the Fund.
