## What the amendments focus on

A regulation on the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA). The amendments range from repealing the Agency and winding it up to confirming its role in improving occupational safety and health, set out cooperation with the tripartite agencies Cedefop and Eurofound, performance-based budgeting, transitional provisions for the Management Board and Executive Director, and the collection, analysis and dissemination of information including for micro and medium-sized enterprises.
