## What the amendments focus on

Legislative proposal on protection against dumped and subsidised imports from countries not members of the EU. Amendments clarify how normal value is determined for imports from non-market economy and WTO-member countries under Regulation (EU) 2016/1036, define when 'significant distortions' of free market forces exist, provide for undistorted international, third-country or Union prices and benchmarks, a Commission report consulting the Union industry, and transitional application to investigations.
