## What the amendments focus on

This dossier adapts a number of legal acts in the area of justice to Article 290 TFEU on Commission delegated acts. Amendments revise provisions conferring delegated powers on the Commission, including duration, reporting, consultation of Member State experts, notification to the Parliament and Council and their right of objection, and add a requirement that the Commission not bundle multiple, unrelated empowerments in a single delegated act.
