## What the amendments focus on

This dossier concerns a technical adaptation of the rules on the operation of air services in the Community. Amendments, including one rejecting the Commission proposal, address aligning the regulation with international obligations on wet-lease arrangements based on air transport agreements signed before 1 January 2008, conditions and time limits for wet-lease approvals justified by exceptional needs, and ensuring safety, competition and social and legal obligations for aircrew are met.
