## What the amendments focus on

Parliament's decision on the 2015 discharge for the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA). The amendments alternate between granting and postponing discharge and closure of the accounts, and add remarks on Court of Auditors findings, carry-overs and the budgetary principle of annuality, the IT programme supporting Solvency II, publication of CVs and declarations of interest, transparency on lobbyists and the Board of Supervisors, EIOPA sticking to its legislator-assigned mandate and proportionality, consumer protection, and budget rationalisation.
