## What the amendments focus on

The amendments cite the Rome Statute and Kampala Amendments, the International Criminal Court and principle of complementarity, withdrawals from the Rome Statute by Russia, South Africa, Gambia and Burundi, the African Union, the ICTY, atrocity crimes in former Yugoslavia, and reparations for victims.
