## What the amendments focus on

This dossier concerns conditions and procedures by which the Commission may request undertakings to provide information in the internal market. Several amendments reject the Commission proposal, while others revise the legal basis under Articles 114 and 337 TFEU and Article 4 TEU, the Single Market Information Tool, treatment of confidential market information and raw data, the Commission's enforcement role, and cooperation with Member States.
