## What the amendments focus on

Legislative proposal on the harmonisation of gross national income (GNI) at market prices. Amendments revise recitals and provisions on the comparability, reliability and exhaustiveness of GNI as a basis for the Union's own resources, respect for the European Statistics Code of Practice and ESA 2010 definitions, inclusion of activities not reported in statistical surveys, and Commission powers to carry out GNI information visits to national statistical authorities.
