## What the amendments focus on

The dossier concerns further macro-financial assistance to Georgia. The amendments set out the assistance as support for restoring a sustainable external financing situation and economic stabilisation, conditions including respect for democratic mechanisms, the rule of law and human rights, protection of the Union's financial interests against fraud and corruption, a maximum amount in euro with loan and grant components, and coordination with International Monetary Fund arrangements; many provisions are deleted.
