## What the amendments focus on

This dossier reviews implementation of the European disability strategy. The amendments focus on access to healthcare for persons with disabilities without discrimination, including sexual and reproductive health, informed consent, cross-border healthcare, mental and psychosocial disabilities, the EU Disability Card and the emergency number 112, calling on the Commission and Member States to address barriers and prepare a post-2020 strategy.
