## What the amendments focus on

This legislative-initiative report concerns the situation in Hungary. Amendments add recitals and provisions on the use and impact of EU cohesion and structural funds, financial corrections and absorption rates, corruption and transparency indicators, public procurement and single-bid contracts, the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) investigations, the European Public Prosecutor's Office, the independence of the Court of Auditors and prosecution, and a possible procedure under Article 7 TEU.
