## What the amendments focus on

The 2016 discharge for the European Banking Authority. The amendments alternate between granting and postponing discharge, and address the Authority's shift from legislative to enforcement tasks, staffing and gender balance, late-payment of invoices, conflicts of interest, transparency of Board of Supervisors minutes and whistle-blowing, a long-term lease with a break clause, Brexit impacts, and the EBA's mandate, funding and proportionality.
